L’Oreal denies lightening Beyonce’s skin in ad

Does Political Correctness know no bounds? Are we to the point that we are accusing companies of lightening model’s skin color for ads is going to become common?

Apparently people seem to think that L’Oreal lightened Beyonce Knowle’s skin color in their ads featuring her.

“We highly value our relationship with Ms. Knowles. It is categorically untrue that L’Oreal Paris altered Ms. Knowles’ features or skin tone in the campaign for Feria hair color,” the Paris-based company said in a statement sent to the Associated Press Thursday.

The ad is in the September issues of Elle, Allure and Essence on stands now.

TMZ is making something out of nothing IMO. It’s all the lighting.
