Break Up From Hell? Mel Gibson and Ex Want Dual Restraining Orders

Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend, Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva, filed for a restraining order Friday, accusing Gibson of being “extremely violent” with her.

The order is a domestic violence restraining order against Gibson obtained during an emergency court hearing Monday in Los Angeles. Details of her accusations were not disclosed. The order was amended Tuesday to allow Gibson to visit the couple’s 7-month-old daughter, Lucia.

Gibson turned around and asked for one of his own to prevent her from reportedly releasing information about the case or trying to block his access to their daughter. Gibson and Grigorieva share joint custody of Lucia, but no longer anything else it appears including a Canon camera.

Gibson’s entourage claims the accusations are ridiculous and based on an incident that happened in January while the two were traveling together, and that she kept traveling with him afterward.

I think Mel is gonna have a hard time convincing the public that he isn’t abusive, but hey I’ll give him a chance to deny it. It’s pretty sad how much people really HATE Gibson after his disparaging comments towards Jews a couple years ago. In fact if you go to any movie of his on IMDb.com you will see the debate on every single movie board there. It’s rather sad really.

“A Day In the Life” Handwritten Lyrics Sell For $1.2 Million

The Beatles tune from Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, sold for $1.2 million this week. John Lennon’s autographed lyrics for “A Day in the Life” was a double-sided single sheet of paper written in Lennon’s hand including cross-outs and corrections, and chronicles the evolution of one of the most famous musical masterpieces by the Beatles.

The guy that sold it was unidentified American collector, but he originally purchased the lyrics for $93,000 in 1992 at another auction. The lyrics, once owned by Mal Evans, the Beatles’ road manager, exceeded Sotheby’s estimates of $500,000 to $700,000.

Nice little profit for something you held for 18 years. I’m sure he’s not having any need of a treatment of eczema with all the cash he got.

New Will Found For Gary Coleman

Didn’t know there was an old will. I guess a new will and testament outlining the last wishes of Gary Coleman surfaced Friday, adding a new wrinkle to the saga over what to do with the actor’s remains and estate.

Apparently the document was made in 199, and is the only one that they have found. Obviously, this means that his ex-wife isn’t mentioned since they didn’t marry until 2007. So this is going to be a major court battle eventually I guess. Hope his ex-wife makes sure to keep reduce belly fat and look good for the cameras.

It will be filed with the 4th District Court in Provo as probate sometime next week, Alderman said.

“We will proffer it to the court as the only known last will and testament of Gary Coleman, and if somebody has a more recent will then certainly they are welcome to come forward with what they have,” Alderman said. “To the extent of what I’ve seen, it looks like a valid will.”

As a result of this latest development, Coleman’s estranged parents, W.G. “Willie” and Edmonia Sue Coleman, on Friday withdrew their claim to take control of the actor’s estate and remains.

“The Colemans will not be filing for Formal Probate,” Jackman said in a statement. “From the start, Mr. and Mrs. Coleman’s intention has been to see that Gary’s wishes be honored and that his affairs be taken care of properly. They wanted to do things the right way, and they urge those still involved to do the same. The Colemans ask that everyone please treat Gary with respect and kindness. They feel it is time for him to find peace and let his spirit go.”

Miley Cyruss Has To Defend SIMULATED Lesbian Kiss

So…Miley Cyrus performed on American’s Got Talent, or some show that I will never watch and PRETENDED to kiss another woman dance. Oh my. How raunchy. Just do it next time. Then they won’t say anything.

People care because Hannah Montana is getting all freaky now and they don’t like it. In America sex is worse than murder you see. Anything sexual is bad because well…nevermind with the religion stuff because it takes too long. Just know that when you buy phentermine you look hot, but you better not let anyone see you being hot because that is worse than showing them pictures of murder victims.

Cyrus has come under fire in recent months for a series of raunchy antics that critics say paint a bad picture for her tween audience: Performing a lap-dance at a video shoot; dancing on a stripper pole on TV and stripping down in semi-provocative photos with pals, among others.

Anyways she moans on about it on her website:

“To all my fans, Thank you for all the support you all show me. Sometimes you’re the only thing keepin’ me goin’ strong! There are so many people out there that are so negative and always causing new issues. I feel like the entertainment industry has become nothing but a disgusting tabloid.

“I performed ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ this week on one of my favorite shows here in the UK Britian’s Got Talent. Which is totally true, there were some amazinnnggg acts (but of course no one could focus on that.) I had such a blast and was so honored to be on that stage. That being said during my performance I supposedly ‘KISSED A GIRL’ and this is the newest thing to cause controversy.

“I promise you I did not kiss her and it is ridiculous that two entertainers cant even rock out with each other without the media making it some type of story. I really hope my fans are not disappointed in me because the truth is I did nothing wrong. I got up there and did my job which is to perform to the best of my ability. I just want to put an end to this right now and just say one thing to everyone out there making this performance such a big deal.

“GET OVER IT! NOTHING HAPPENED. THERE ARE WAYYYYYYY MORE IMPORTANT THINGS IN THE WORLD. Let’s start focusing a little less on making up ignorant rumors and focus a little more on world peace! We gotta a lot of work to do if we wan this earth to be here much longer. Let’s make a change! It wouldn’t hurt the world to show a little more love. X M”

Armando Galarraga Gets ROBBED of Perfect Game

I know that this isn’t technically “celebrity” related, but this is bigger than any cheap celeb news. A perfect game in baseball is when a pitchers gets out 27 batters in a row. This is the minimum number of batters a pitcher can face in a complete game. This is so rare that there have only been 20 in Major League Baseball History. MLB has been around since the 1800s and there are 32 teams in the league right now that play 162 games a year. You can only imagine how many games that is that this is an astronomical feat. We’re not talking best franchise opportunities here.

Why does this bother me? I’m a Detroit Tigers fan, and Armando Galarraga is a Detroit Tiger. There has never been a Tiger that has thrown a Perfect Game.

What happened? Galarrag had gotten 26 of the 27 outs. He had a groundball that was thrown to first for the final out. Everyone began to celebrate. The umpire called him SAFE. He was out. Everyone knows he was out. The umpire even admitted after the game that he made a mistake. So…Galarraga proceeds to get his 28th out in a row and wins the game. Never to be credited with a perfect game. I am in shock.

OK…I Guess I am Up For Discussing “The End” of Lost Now

Lost became my favorite show ever during the last year. It is hard for me to really think of many shows that have had a huge and lasting impact on me that I will remember for a long time. Lost I know will be one of them. I kind of put off talking about the finale because I just wanted to enjoy it for a while. I have and now I still feel the same. Blown away.

“The End” was a 2.5 hour masterpiece. I have read all kinds of things about it since it aired last Sunday, but I can’t think of anything negative said that I even care about. I care more about the Gulf Coast Jones Act than the Lost whiners. The final episode was simply beautiful to me. Stunning. I think a lot of people felt the same way as I did several weeks ago sometime int he middle of this episode. I decided during Across the Sea that I wasn’t going to judge anything until it was over. Just go along for the ride. I read a lot of people say that while in the middle of The End that they didn’t care about the mysteries anymore and just wanted to enjoy it. Those of us that took that step to realization as the series concluded were well rewarded. We let the story tell us what it wanted to, and didn’t worry about what it wasn’t telling us.

I’ve been “along for the ride” the entire series in reality, but I made a conscious effort to tell myself to just wait during Across the Sea when all the crazy magic stuff came along. The End was breathtaking. the final minutes were some of the most amazing that I have ever seen on screen. When Vincent laid down next to Jack I knew it was over, and I was both saddened and overjoyed at the beauty of it all.

I am absolutely, and completely satisfied.

Gary Coleman 911 Call Suspicious?

If you haven’t heard the 911 call that was made from Coleman’s home the day he was taken to the hospital take a listen here. They have listed all kinds of crazy nonsense today about Coleman’s death. From the 91 call sounding a bit suspicious, to the fact that his wife wasn’t really his wife.

According to most outlets Coleman divorced his wife for real 2 years ago. This has lead many to question whether, or not she had the authority to have the plug pulled. Too late.

I guess just looking at it from a broad perspective it DOES look a little suspicious doesn’t it? I mean it isn’t a hard fact irvingia, but it does look a bit funny.

They Always Get So Offended

Nothing gets people more worked up, and ready to spew their uppity opinions than when something offends them. People get offended so easily these days it is utterly humorous most of the time. People are too wound up. Uptight and can’t look at anything objectively.

Why do i bring this up? Well I just saw an article entitled: Kristen Stewart: Fame is like being ‘raped’ and just knew that the comments would be over the top.

I didn’t exactly see any death threats, but I bet if you really think about it you can figure out what the comments are. The title of the article is one thing, and the content is another. Someone letting off steam. The comments are people that spend their days looking for things to piss them off in between reading curvatrim review and stories about how Kristen Stewart had a hot dog for lunch.

Nobody Went To the Movies This Weekend

Box office numbers dropped to 17 year lows this year on Memorial Day weekend. Overall revenues for the top-50 films during the four-day holiday weekend came in at $192 million, the lowest since 2001. Factoring in today’s higher admission prices, about 24.2 million tickets were sold, the least since a 22.5 million head count in 1993, according to box-office tracker Hollywood.com.

Shrek stayed on top again with $57 Million of course because Shrek rules. Even without any acne cream he is still the greatest animation movie of the last 20 years IMO. Not sure about this one, but the first was amazing.
