Mark Hatten, who lists his current address as the Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, dated Smith in 2000 but was later found guilty of threatening her with a knife and assaulting one of her neighbors. He was acquitted of stalking her. He filed a claim Wednesday.

On his website he says that he is going to write a book called: “Hollywood Bad Boy: Sex, Drugs, and Anna Nicole.” Totally classy chap I must say.

No real details about the claim are out yet, but you have to assume, or I guess hope he doesn’t get anything out of the deal. The book is getting a lot of free promotion though, which I’m sure was the intent in filing it. What a tool.
