One hilarious movie with a simple and stunning truth was “Confessions of a Shopaholic.” While this film is meant to be a pure comedy, it actually reveals a major problem that many people in our society face, which is an addiction to shopping and spending money that one does not have. This film depicts the life of a young girl working in New York as a writer, and depicts the various shopping challenges she faces, as she has incredible trouble keeping a budget. The character constantly spends her money and gets herself into unbearable credit card debt, to the point that it impacts her relationships with family and friends, as well as her relationship with a lover in the film.

This film truly taught me how to stay in my own budget. I got such a positive message from this film, that I watch it all the time on my satellite tv with www.direc4u.com. Whenever I have an impulse to buy something, I just try to remember this film and pick another activity to express that impulse. I never want my shopping to get so bad that it is an addiction and I get myself into credit card debt. Instead, I want to be like the main character and get out of credit card debt, as well as be more creative with the clothes that I already own.

Normally I don’t get into such things, but these images are amazing. Every single one of them could be your new desktop background. The colors are so vivid and the photos just are so well done that they are mesmerizing.

The 47 that most liked the best can be seen here.

There were many more, however. You can view a lot of them in a sort of slideshow display with storyboards with them to know what they are from at Boston.com. They all have text in them so they aren’t great for desktops unless you feel like cutting them. Of course this isn’t a tough deal here as it is all at the bottom in a black box. It won’t require you to need a natural sleeping aid due to sleep loss by any stretch.

Or…you can just go to National Geographic’s website.

Got a bit of help for this blog recently by getting added to this list. This list is designed to help get you some link love, as well as to get more people to subscribe to your RSS feed. The list was originally created at JMH Techtronics and will help us all get better PR, Alexa scores if followed, and hopefully a bunch of RSS subscribers, so pass it along and follow the rules please .

***Start Copying Here***

1. Create a post and link back to the person that put you on the list in the first paragraph with a brief thank you and description of why people want to use the campaign. DO NOT copy their paragraph. Write your own unique one and link to their site.

2. Copy the ENTIRE list of Feeds and create an OPML File to import into your feed readers so that you can subscribe to all of the blogs on the list. You will want to read my post entitled Mass RSS Feed Subscribing with an OPML so you understand how to do it. (You will want to copy this link over to your post so those you add know how to do this too.)

3. Copy the ENTIRE list of Feeds AND blogs and put them into your post like they are here. Move the “My Adds” from the blog that added you into the “Originals” lists for each. This list is unique because I want you to be able to copy the feeds with out having to delete the blogs before making the OPML file so I separated the two links into 2 lists.

4. Add any blogs you want to the list with whatever keywords you want. Then get their RSS Feed and add those to the list of Feeds in your “My Adds” section.

5. Publish your post.

6. Comment on the post that originated the list here so that new additions can be subscribed to as well by the lists before yours.

It is time to get a bit of exposure so I am going to use the same idea as I used on the Tech List, but instead create a list for Entertainment blogs. This list will be for any blog that is focused on things entertaining. Movies, TV, Music, Video Games, etc. Use your best judgment for those you add.

Below you will find the originals of this list and one add by me to show the example since this is the very first post for this list! Copy everything below and read the directions too.

***Begin to copy here***

1. Write a short paragraph at the beginning of your post and link back to the blog that put you on the list in the paragraph. This isn’t a suggestion. You need to break up the duplicate content string. Someone took the time to add you so the least you can do is give them an extra linkback.
2. Copy the list of originals below COMPLETELY and add it to your blog. If you would like a different keyword for your blog then change it when you do your post and it should pass to most blogs with that keyword.
3. Take the adds from the blog that added you and place them in the “Originals” list.
4. Add no more than 5 Entertainments blogs to the list in the “My Adds” section.

My Adds:

Two Dog Zoo
