One of the best parts about reading celebrity news is reading the comments by the people that follow it. Everyone is clearly better than the celebrities and it gives them great pride to tell you how they should live because obviously they know how it all works.

Britney Spears took her kids to Disneyland this weekend and TMZ readers are all in a tizzy because she apparently got to ride the Dumbo ride by herself with her kids. Oh the humanity.

Have you ever been at an amusement park when a celebrity sighting occurs? People are nuts. All these people on their soap boxes are probably the first idiots to crane their necks just to gawk at them. People are never mad at celebs at amusement parks. They literally go out of their way to find them at the park. They could be on the other side of the park and they would go for the hike just to catch a glimpse, yet on TMZ they are too good for all that. Just because you can only afford a cheap Branson Missouri vacation and couldn’t get to Disneyland, doesn’t mean you are not guilty of celebrity gawking people. I KNOW you would do it.

Our girl Britney Spears has a lot of problems with people getting her space and I’m not taking about hard selling salesmen for wardrobes, endorsements, or auto performance parts either. She has to get restraining orders from people she knows, and doesn’t really know.

In addition to Britney’s father being asked by Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz to have attorneys for Spears’ father to deliver paperwork so she can sign a long-standing restraining order against the paparazzo–A Los Angeles judge is poised to issue a restraining order against Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

In January, Jamie Spears sought protection for Britney against Ghalib, her former business manager and an attorney.

Court documents contend the trio have tried to undermine the singer’s conservatorship, which was established after a series of widespread incidents involving Britney during her “breakdown” era.

Jamie Spears’ attorney told the judge Wednesday that Ghalib hadn’t filed any objections to a protective order being issued. Neither Ghalib nor his attorney have appeared at previous restraining order hearings.

It’s been a slow few months for crazy celebrity crap. Lacking the shocking stories of the Britney, Paris, and Lohan trio, it just isn’t as fun to read the celeb news as it once was. It’s hard to get excited about anyone else when we’ve seen what these three did in their worst moments.

Now all can be happy and go back to harassing Britney again I suppose. She was able to fully recover from a year of insanity that included going crazy, and any other number of things.

She was back onstage for a full tour yesterday to pretty much let everyone know she is going to kick some ass. The Circus tour Starring Britney Spears started yesterday and she went out for a 2 hour set and got pretty good reviews. That is if you can actually listen to that kind of “music” I think they call it.

Let’s give the short version right off the bat: Don’t Eat.

The photo below is the healthy Britney Spears ready to hit the tour bus once again. After going crazy, getting OK, going crazy again, and then putting out another album of “music” she is ready to go back on tour and looks fit. She says that she is the healthiest she has ever been in her life.

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,” she said at the time. “My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch.”

“I try to do just 1,200 calories a day,” she added. “It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

Her tour for the album “Circus” begins in a little over a month in March down in Louisiana.

Britney ready to tour

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone on Britney’s latest comeback she stated that she felt like she was an “old person” now.

“I feel like an old person now,” she says one afternoon, as a manicurist applies rhinestones and girly pink lacquer to her chewed-up nails. “I do! I go to bed at, like, 9:30 every night, and I don’t go out or anything, you know what I mean? I just feel like an old fart.”

How endearing. I’m sure we are all very convinced that she is living the life of an old lady. Clearly she will be sending out her wedding invitations soon and living the life of a laid back family girl. That is until we see her dancing naked in a club or something.

The interview itself just sounds like the spin she was able to pull off when she first came onto the scene. She was a “virgin” then apparently, and had people believing that she was just an innocent little girl. It worked and she became a superstar. Sounds like she is trying to go back to those days of innocence, but says that her album is a “little dirty”.

Spears has always been like this: silly, sweet, humble. She has never been very articulate, but she always tries to be accommodating. Tonight, she’s listening to mixes and finishing work on a track called “Lace and Leather.” When I ask how she knows if a song is going to be a hit, she says, “You just hear it, and you’re like, oh, my God, if somebody else takes this song, you’re gonna kill yourself, you know what I mean? Like, this one I’m doing tonight, I think it’s good, and it’s, like, really quirky and different and girly.”

“A little naughty,” says her manager, Larry Rudolph, 45, sitting nearby in a T-shirt and jeans.

“A little naugh-tay,” Spears agrees, sounding half-embarrassed.

In one of the silliest court cases for celebrities in recent memory. the jury just prolongs the agony for another week by not finding Brit guilty, or not guilty of driving with out a license. Yeah…that’s right. This really tough case to decide if Britney was driving around with out a license. Good grief. What a stupid, stupid way to waste court resources.

Britney, being considered a train wreck by most after all the problems she has had in the last couple years, even having to go to court, or get arrested for such an offense is laughable. What the hell is she doing driving anyways, much less being caught driving with out a license. Even my broke friends that don’t have licenses after a drunk driving or something are smart enough to get a cab. Britney could have a limo service drive her around!

Jurors left a San Fernando Valley courthouse late Friday afternoon after deliberating the misdemeanor charge for slightly more than two hours. With no verdict reached, the jury of eight women and four men adjourned and were told to return Monday. Jeebus…it takes less time for me to find a term life insurance policy than this, and that is actually important.

Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney Michael Amerian declined to say what punishment he would seek if Spears is convicted. She faces up to six months in jail and a fine, though her lack of a prior criminal record means a lighter penalty is likely. They are wasting all this time for a misdemeanor people.

I couldn’t tell you what song she won an award for…well i could, but I couldn’t tell you that I had ever heard of it. A the MTV Video Music Awards yesterday, Britney Spears came out and won 3 awards to lead everyone. LOL…what the hell? Spears won a leading three awards, including video of the year for “Piece of Me.” She also looked like she had hit the diet pill lately as she wasn’t a complete cow.

In each acceptance speech Sunday, Spears spoke briefly, thanked God and dedicated the awards to her fans. Even while opening the show, she was all business, zipping through her few lines of introduction.

After about a year in the press, the latest great baby battle has ended. Federline, can get his Attorneys delivered the terms of the agreement to a Los Angeles Superior Court office Friday afternoon. According to the documents, Spears’ payments to Federline go from $15,000 to $20,000 per month, retroactive to July 15.

So…Federline has increases his monthly payout to party an extra $5,000 a month and they will call it “child-support”. HE will surely spend the extra on leasing home gym equipment, a $1 Million car (Supertroopers reference, great movie), and get bloody wasted every night with a random money grubbing female.

Apparently Madonna and Britney didn’t get close enough when they were making out at the MTV Video Awards a few years back. According to The Sun, Madonna and Britney will be together again on Madonna’s next tour.

From what that says they will be wrapped in bandages and unwrapped by some dudes in tight pants to show them wearing almost nothing. This tactical gear will be just something like a few strips of clothing and thigh high boots.

An on-set source revealed: “It’s absolutely classic Madonna. Probably the raunchiest stuff she has ever done. It leaves nothing to the imagination and will be very controversial.

“Britney and Madonna are unwrapped like mummies, to appear together almost naked apart from tiny leather bondage pants and knee-high boots.

Now…15 years ago this may have been exciting when it came to Madonna. Today? Not so sure. Britney? Bah…never really been a fan of her look either. As a blogger? Well…that’s a completely different story .

Spears has been included on the official ballot as a possible nominee to receive an Emmy Award for her two guest appearances on CBS’s “How I Met Your Mother,” OK! magazine reports.

Britney who has been caught pumping herself full of anything, but Phentermine seems to have herself sort of back on track.

The singer is reportedly included as one of 41 actresses, including Sarah Silverman for “Monk,” Mary-Kate Olsen for “Weeds,” Alyssa Milano for “My Name is Earl” and “Scrubs” star Sarah Chalke for guest-starring as Britney’s boss on “How I Met Your Mother.”

The list of actresses will be whittled to a short list of final nominees before the Emmy Awards ceremony in September.
