Way to ruin Tiger’s day of public apology whore.

Veronica Siwik-Daniels, known as Joslyn James in her porn films, said at a news conference she feels Tiger owes her an apology for the unwanted attention the scandal has brought her. HAHAHA…YOU ARE A WHORE. ALL YOU WANT IS ATTENTION.

“I would be open to a telephone apology from Tiger, but I really feel that I deserve to look at him in person — face to face, at his eyes — because I didn’t deserve this,” a tearful Siwik-Daniels said.

She said that she fell in love with him *cough* his money*cough* and his hydroxycut body.

TMZ posted a video of HER press conference. It is insanely funny. LMAO @ this. I mean come the **** on Tiger! Apologize to her and say that you are sorry she couldn’;t be a PORN STAR anymore because you were jealous.

Family Guy this week poked a little fun at Sarah Palin. Add them to the list of people that do (ie. most everyone). IF you haven’t seen the Family Guy episode (I don’t blame you as I’m tired of the show too actually), Chris goes on a date with a girl who has Down Syndrome. While he is getting ready for his big date the talking baby of the show, Stewie does a performance of “Down Syndrome Girl.”

Then on the date when Chris asks about her family she replies her father is an accountant and her mother is the former governor of Alaska. An obvious dig at Sarah Palin’s family.

Palin of course is going to respond to this. On Palin’s Facebook page, she says the show “felt like another kick in the gut.” Much deeper than maybe you find on Facebook most days like diets that work.

Her daughter Bristol, also responded with “insults directed at our youngest brother hurt too much for us to remain silent. People with special needs face challenges many of us will never confront. . . . Their lives are difficult enough as it is, so why would anyone want to make their lives more difficult by mocking them?”

The oddest thing is that Family Guy is a Fox show, and Sarah Palin has just started working for Fox News. Obviously they would talk about it on air.

Nobody can possibly fault Palin for being upset in my opinion, but of course you have to watch her to see if she is going to make a fool of herself over it anyways.

On the O’Reilly Show he asked Palin why she’s calling for Rahm Emanuel to step down for Emanuel’s use of the word “retard,” while she continues to defend Rush Limbaugh, who has used a variation of the word at least 40 times.

Palin: “As I have explained, he was using satire — using the R word so he could bring to light what it was that Rahm Emmanuel was calling other people . . . “

Tiger Woods finally came out with his first public appearance since being ostracized by the media and the golf world for cheating on his wife. During this time people even tried to theorize that he was on performance enhancing drugs because he is so cut…lol

The whole situation for a celebrity is ridiculous of course. A rich guy and popular that can bang a lot of chicks isn’t actually news is it? They probably ALL probably do it. Why is Tiger so different? I mean he married a NANNY for god’s sake.

Anyways, Tiger spoke for about 20 minutes and apologized at least 20 times for being a man. He didn’t, however tell us when he was going to return to golf and destroy everyone. Hopefully this comes before he is on some sort social security disability because golf is worthless without him.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the guy that gave The kin gof Pop, Michael Jackson personalized gifts DRUGS, is negotiating a surrender it appears. Dr. Murray is being charged with manslaughter in the death of the pop icon last year.

No case has been filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, but the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office is expected to file an involuntary manslaughter charge and potentially other counts against him this week, said numerous sources familiar with the case.

Murray’s lead attorney, Ed Chernoff, said he and Deputy Dist. Atty. David Walgren were discussing arrangements for booking and arraigning the doctor after the case is filed.

“We both share the goal of the efficient administration of this process,” Chernoff said.

What a surprise. People love to take advantage of disasters to make money. While this isn’t anything like having a BS charity like Wycleff Jean has, scammers are working other ways to try and make some quick cash off the Haiti situation.

Charitable Americans eager to help the nation of Haiti recover from Tuesday’s devastating earthquake are being warned to be on the lookout for online scammers.

A number of “text to donate” services have been set up for people to make donations directly from their cell phones. But consumer advocates are warning that, as more are created, some may be phonies. It is hard to tell the difference unlike a tangible product such as natural weight loss products.

According to the Internet Storm Center, both of these “text to” options are legitimate services: “Both short codes in use right now, 501501 and 90999, are tracing back to registered twitter accounts and I consider them authentic at this point,” says the Center’s Johannes B. Ullrich — however, some charity watchdogs have raised doubts about the ability of Jean’s foundation to respond quickly to such an immediate and massive crisis, as well as about some of the foundation’s accounting practices.

Other text-to-donate services may arise, and not all of them will be trustworthy.

“Reports of Haitian ‘text to donate’ scams rising. Only give to orgs you recognize, have researched yourself or are referred by trusted source,” noted All Headline News in a post to Twitter.

The Better Business Bureau has already posted advice on its site for those hoping to donate to a legitimate charity. Art Taylor, president and CEO of the BBB’s Wise Giving Alliance, agrees that scammers tend to spring up in the wake of catastrophe.

“Whenever there is a major natural disaster, be it home or abroad, there are two things you can count on. The first is the generosity of Americans to donate time and money to help victims, and the second is the appearance of poorly run and in some cases fraudulent charities,” Taylor warns.

If you have ever seriously thought abut celebrity charities for even a minute you probably already get what I am about to tell you. Celebrity charities are useless.

Don’t take that the wrong way. Celebrities ENDORSING a charity, and helping to raise money fro a charity are great. They can do much more than the average person to spread awareness, and convince more people to give than most.

What the biggest problem underlying these charities always seems to be is that they WASTE a ton of the the donations on needless expenses. Think about this for a minute. Why does a celebrity need their own charity to fight cancer? They don’t. They can just support an already formed cancer charity for a huge savings in administrative expenses. There are already charities set up for the same purpose. Why do they need another one for the same cause? They DO NOT.

What happens when a celeb stars a charity is that they get some financial benefits themselves for having their name on it. They can funnel money through ti to escape taxes, skim money out of it for extra tax free cash, and in the end piss away almost all of the money taken in to administrative fees.

Wyclef Jean is a prime example of this, and why using established charities already should be the way things are done. Wyclef Jean’s Haiti Foundation has come under scrutiny this week for this very reason. The charity is scamming, and wasting all of the donations it gets. Wyclef is gonna need the best under eye cream soon after someone gives him a black eye.

Undoubtedly, Jean’s celebrity helped draw in donors: He’s an internationally known musician from Haiti who won a Grammy with the Fugees and went on to a hugely successful solo career. But an analysis of the charity’s tax returns raises questions about how it has spent money in the past, with administrative expenses that appear to be higher than comparable charities and payments to businesses owned by the musician and a board member, including $100,000 for a performance by Jean at a 2006 benefit concert.

“It seems clear that a significant amount of the monies that this charity raises go for costs other than providing benefits to Haitians in need,” said Dean Zerbe, national managing director of Alliant Group, a tax services company, and the former tax counsel to the Senate Finance Committee, which oversees charities.

“It brings real caution for donors that want to help in Haiti that they might want to take a harder look at this organization but also consider the significant number of charities that have been doing good work in Haiti that don’t have these question marks,” Zerbe said

It is always great when the father runs out on the kids, only to be found a few decades later and we see everyone pretend that they are just happy to see each other. Mistakes were made, and immediately forgiven. Everyone lives happily ever after, at least in that mometnt, and we never hear about them again.

What would you do if you found your absentee father and he wasn’t really your father, but a transvestite, looking to get a sex change? You aren’t going to find many of those in a free directory. That is what Emily Wallis found when she tracked down the dad she had never met.

I find this story more hilarious than touching, or creepy. Well it is a bit creepy. The daughter took it in stride I guess, even after hearing stories of how her dad was an “Italian Stallion” from her mother.

Emily, 22, says: “Chloe was squeezed into a silver dress and wearing make-up and a wig. I had no idea what to do so I said, ‘You look better than me… and I really like your shoes’.”

This guy just isn’t getting the help he needs apparently. Either that or he just doesn’t even want to try. Celebrities certainly have many more resources for being restrained and forced to get cleaned than you and I do, but they also have people that will just give them whatever they want so they can keep riding the gravy train. So if you see The Hoff on the slopes your next ski vacation you might want to veer off to another slope.

It appears that Hasselhoff was taken to the hospital for what was described as an alcohol induced seizure over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Hasselhoff’s neighbor Christian (he asked that we not use his last name), told RadarOnline.com that he saw the ambulance arrive at Hasselhoff’s home. “I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he’d had a seizure.” Unfortunately, said Christian, “this isn’t the first time this has happened to him.”

Hasselhoff is on anti-seizure medication, but it obviously didn’t prevent this episode. It has been reported that he has been taken to the hospital for alcohol poisoning at least 5 times in the last year alone. One episode was that his blood alcohol level was over 4 times the legal limit of .08. This is comatose for most people, or death. A BAL of over 3 is insanity.

How silly is it that this kid is now known as Balloon Boy? He wasn’t even in the balloon for god sakes. The kid is 6 years old and the media call him BALLOON BOY.

Anyways, these his parents are probably in a bit of trouble. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the supposed “hoax” of flying a balloon that they said had their 6 year old son, Falcon in it. I didn’t pay much attention to it, but I had the image of people running around under it with outdoor cushions trying to catch him when he fell.

The two-hour flight of the balloon on Oct. 15 – feared then to be carrying 6-year-old Falcon Heene of Fort Collins – it crossed through air space above both Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport and Denver International Airport (DIA). In the case of DIA, northbound plane departures were delayed for less than half-an-hour.

Local authorities also opened a criminal investigation, and Falcon’s parents Richard and Mayumi Heene are expected to surrender to face possible felony charges of trying to influence a public official and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

If you haven’t heard about the situation where some loser spied on Erin Andrews (a very hot ESPN Sportscaster) you probably don’t have the internet. This guy spied on her through her hotel room KEYHOLE and videotaped her nude on his camera phone. HE then tried to sell the video to TMZ.com, and he himself posted it on the internet.

Now he is having his day in court and of course he is as big of a loser as everyone thought he was. Let the faucets of shame pour down upon him.

Michael David Barrett, 48, an insurance salesman who in his spare time tracked the TV sports babe across the country and repeatedly tried to get close to her and allegedly doctored the peepholes on hotel-room doors and made eight videotapes on a cellphone camera of a nude Andrews.

“The stalker targeted her and was obsessive in his attempt to victimize her,” Marshall Grossman said yesterday. “Clearly, Erin was the victim of a major crime.”

Grossman said Barrett, who never had direct contact with Andrews, first tried to videotape her in Columbia, SC, in February 2008.

He allegedly got her in his sights in September 2008, when, according to a criminal complaint, he found her at a Marriott Hotel in Nashville.

“His method of operation was to learn her travel schedule . . . and then call all hotels in the area of the event,” Grossman said. “During those calls, he would ask if Erin Andrews is a guest or expected. To our shock, some hotels gave him an answer.

“The [Nashville] hotel assigned rooms to the predator and the victim in an isolated alcove which facilitated his ability to film through the altered peephole in virtual privacy,” he said.

“The hotel was a reckless accomplice.”
