In fact, as many have pointed out, the girl isn’t the one they claim she is at all. It’s not his 9-year old daughter at all. It’s his 14-15 year-old daughter. So…the comments get quite rude calling the 9 year -old various names associated with being huge at 9 when in fact she is in her mid teens.

Also, they try to say she is using an i-phone when it clearly shows she is not, bu they try to fuzz it up a little so you can think it is. I don’t pick at TMZ much since they are always wrong about something, but this is probably one of the worst I have seen. Anyways, according to a bunch of places he was scheduled to do a couple shows last night at the Improv in Ontario, CA last night, as well as shows today, but was tossed off stage! Details aren’t that great that I can find, but it is said on TMZ (read some of the related articles. Dude is nuts) that he was being so abusive to the crowd that he had to be escorted out by security.

His show today was cancelled obviously. Katt was scheduled to perform tonight as well, but he has since been removed from the Improv’s website. Looks like it is time to take up a new career in something like motor home repair to get by for him.

I guess that tells a lot about how terrible TV has gotten since reality TV days, but the funny thing is that I’d rather watch something like Shaytards on Youtube than watch American Idol or some other random family show of a celeb. Just doesn’t SEEM as reality TV and “put on” with Youtube people since they don’t tend to act like they are the greatest thing ever. Most anyways…

Plus you are able to discuss all this on Youtube with other members which is much easier than finding a place that houses TV shows with a good communication system. Hulu’s is pathetic to say the least and they are too corporate anyways just like all the other network sites. Youtube you may run into a random ad for something like womens sandals in a video, but overall you rarely see an ad anywhere compared to long commercials on Hulu. MOST of the good youtube stuff isn’t corporate.

Anyways, I literally have watched almost the ENTIRE trial and testimony. Thsose I didn’t watch I followed on WFTV.com with the daily updates from Schaeffer (all 39 days so far in 5 minute updates are very good), which are very good and informative.

I think it is perfectly reasonable to think that anyone with any common sense thinks she is beyond guilty. Her actions, and lack of emotion at the loss of her daughter alone make one think she clearly was involved. The State has done a superb job with the mountains of circumstantial evidence to connect Casey to the crime all over the place and have had credible experts.

At this point I think the only real question is if you believe it may have been an accident such as Casey using CHLOROFORM on Caylee to knock her out so she could do what she wanted, or that she literally killed her. I believe that the duct tape being suggested to be on Caylee before death says enough to me that it was murder. I really can’t look at it any other way. The pool drowning is absurd and makes no sense at all. The defense of Jose Baez is laughable and he is going to get fined like crazy after this trial. Too inexperienced and completely unprofessional.

Ryan Dunn, one of the guys that seemed to look at least somewhat normal compared to the other guys like Steve-O, died in a drunk driving accident this week. His autopsy revealed that he was legally drunk at the time of the crash where he was going over 100 MPH in his Porsche.

Dunn was born in Ohio and moved at age 15 to Pennsylvania, where he met fellow “Jackass” cast member Bam Margera on his first day of high school, according to a biography posted on his website. black berry play book

Margera visited the crash site Tuesday, telling WTXF-TV that he was devastated by Dunn’s death.

“I’ve never lost anybody that I cared about. It’s my best friend,” he told WTXF, weeping. “He was the happiest person ever, the smartest guy. He had so much talent, and he had so many things going for him. This is not right, not right.”

Almost everyone I talk to about it says she is guilty. Just based on all the frenzy around it she has clearly been convicted in the eyes of the public. Of course we still have to have the trial, and we need actual evidence to convict someone. That doesn’t mean you can’t convict someone on a ton of circumstantial evidence.

The cast of characters in this trial is astounding, but it really is all about how crazy Casey is. Just the fact that it took her 31 days to even report that her daughter Caylee was “missing” makes many wonder just how cold-hearted she is. Then to find out she was actually dead, and that Casey probably did it, and knew she was dead the entire time of the NATIONAL child search has her hated probably by anyone that follows the case.

We still have a lot of other big witnesses, and just outlandish theories being proposed by the defense. One of Casey’s defense attorneys, Baez, is even called by many “Bozo” for a nickname based on how he looks unprepared. To many he appears to have no clue and couldn’t sell them connecticut swing sets. He does a good job at times catching witnesses making mistakes I will give him that. AT other times he seems to have this end game in mind to himself, but goes about it in such a way that you just want the guy to get to the point. Especially early on when watching him talk to Casey’s father George.

At this point I was up to June 11 of the trial, but then realized I missed opening statements, and the first couple days of testimony so I am watching George Anthony as we speak. Baez questioning him right now just seems out of control. The judge lets him ramble forever, which I noticed wasn’t as prevalent in the later days.

Just a gripping trial and I definitely plan to post more about it once I catch up a little more.

A South African man has been arrested for allegedly attacking and killing 3 men with an AXE, and nearly killing a fourth.

I guess it is safe to say that the fad of “Winning” has run its course. Maybe not, but it has for me. This whole Sheen thing has hit saturation for me and hearing random people way they are “Winning” is pretty much tired already. I haven’t seen any promotional merchandise yet, but I’m sure I could if I looked. It is an opportunity to pump out cheesy t-shirts and other crap after all.

It appears that Charlie isn’t WINNING anymore though. While he claimed that he would be getting the custody agreement for his kids that was agreed upon in his divorce from Brooke Mueller, it appears this is not true. Not only does the new agreement say that he would be monitored, it is now OFF.

One stipulation was that he would stop his insane media blitz to get some custody back. He failed it vehemently. Brooke’s lawyers are scratching their heads in amazement that Charlie immediately violated that term by tweeting about it and talking about it on a Philadelphia radio station. LOSING.
