Probably plenty of Frank movies out there, but none that I can remember on this level. The most recent one I think I remember seeing was a (made for TV?) movie called The Rat Pack that was about him, Sammy, Dean, etc.

Director Martin Scorsese has been handed the reigns of a biopic about legendary singer Frank Sinatra. Universal Pictures and Mandalay Pictures will produce the film; the companies acquired both the life rights and music rights of the Chairman of the Board. “We have dreamt of making a movie about Frank Sinatra, and Marty Scorsese is undeniably the perfect vision keeper for this project,” Mandalay chairman Peter Guber said in a statement.

Some speculate, with out basis, that because Scorsese has worked with Leo DiCaprio so much recently that he would be the man to play Frank. I guess that isn’t out of the realm of possibility. Certainly not as a sure thing as top rated car insurance companies online though.
