But today, a panel of judges reinforced the decision the probate court made back in November — that Joe lacked the proper standing. Time to hawk some natural acne cleanser, or something Joe.

MJ estate attorney Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, “We are pleased, but not surprised” at the Court of Appeal’s ruling.

“The cash flow on an annual basis is tremendous,” says Donald David, an estate lawyer who handled the postmortem finances of rapper Tupac Shakur. “Sure, it’s going to decline eventually, but it’s going to be a huge amount in the foreseeable future. [Jackson's] kids are going to have grandkids before that money’s gone.”

I guess they won’t have to be doing sell out commercials for stuff like cheap car insurance, or the best acne products anytime soon.

While possibly in an attempt to get a sneak peek inside many have have expressed interest, but the owners have required all potential buyers to go through an “extensive pre-qualifying check” before they can even walk in the door. Wonder if they ask about opiate detox tests.

I suppose it could me my disdain for pop music now, but probably more to do with how difficult music in general is to keep up with now that there are so many avenues to release it. No case has been filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, but the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office is expected to file an involuntary manslaughter charge and potentially other counts against him this week, said numerous sources familiar with the case.

Murray’s lead attorney, Ed Chernoff, said he and Deputy Dist. Atty. David Walgren were discussing arrangements for booking and arraigning the doctor after the case is filed.

“We both share the goal of the efficient administration of this process,” Chernoff said.

Dr. Conrad Murray accused of everything except maybe being an advocate for identity theft protection may be the subject of a new documentary.

When Michael Jackson’sembattled personal physician returned to work last month, cameras were rolling.

Miranda Sevcik, a spokeswoman for Dr. Conrad Murray, confirms that a British documentary crew chronicled his first day back at a Houston clinic for the poor. Murray returned to the clinic Nov. 23 and was greeted by several patients and his pastor.

Murray remains under investigation for his role in Jackson’s June 25 death. No charges have been filed, but investigators are looking into whether Murray improperly administered the pop superstar the powerful anesthetic propofol.

While the main point of his appearance was that Jackson had “lost the will to live”, and made claims that Jackson didn’t want to go out of the house because he felt he looked like a lizard, there were some other very odd claims made.

The Rabbi made the claim that MJ thought he could have healed Adolph Hitler during one of his fantasy Cancun resorts vacations into his fantasy world mind.

“Hitler was a genius orator,” Jackson said, according to several news reports. “To make that many people turn and change and hate, he had to be a showman and he was.”

But Jackson also thought he could have changed the man who launched the Holocaust. “Absolutely,” he said. “You have to help them, give them therapy, teach them that somewhere, something in their life went wrong.”

The book was released today and talks about many things that have not been heard before. Such as sexual talks with Madonna, and his love for Lady Diana.

Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, denied that prosecutors had decided to charge Jackson’s physicians. “Until police complete their investigation and bring it to our office, there is no way to know what charges may be filed and against whom,” she said.

But the source told FOXNews.com that the DA’s office is currently in talks with investigators about whether they will offer Murray the option of surrendering in Los Angeles, or if he will be arrested in Houston, where he is currently staying.

This involved with the investigation call the video a PR stunt. Only posted to draw sympathy from the jury pool.

A spokeswoman for Murray’s legal team said the video was simply Murray’s way of thanking his supporters, and that the doctor’s friends and supporters who had provided contact information to the attorneys received an e-mail with the link to the YouTube video yesterday.

But others said the video was Murray’s “last testament” — a transparent attempt to garner sympathy and influence a jury pool. Kind of like he was showing off his costume for Halloween party invitations he had been getting.

“This was a total PR stunt,” said former Broward County prosecutor Kenneth Padowitz.

“I think what they’re trying to do is humanize him, trying to make him seem like this is somebody that maybe you could know and this is not a bad guy—that’s what they’re trying to do,” Padowitz said. “And for that limited purpose, it probably was effective….

“Is it a transparent attempt to get feelings in his favor? Yeah. It’s a gimmick.”

Now he says that Paris bears an uncanny resemblance to his own daughter HArriet, and is willing to take a paternity test to find out if he may in reality be Paris’ actual father.

“It’s been a secret for so long,” said Mark. “In 1996 Michael asked me if I would give him my sperm and I said yes. It was a gift to him, no money was paid, it was something I was honoured to do. He wanted children so badly.”

“With Michael’s mother Katherine now their legal guardian it’s like the kids are being isolated,” he said. “Up until Michael’s memorial I was in touch with them on a weekly basis.

“I’m the Godparent to them and Michael was Godparent to all my four kids. Our two families spent a lot of time together, and had a lot fun together. Now I’m not able to have any communication with the children. My repeated phone calls aren’t returned and emails go unanswered.

“This isn’t what Michael would have wanted. I feel I have to come forward, as my only way of saying, ‘Please don’t shut me out!’”

Well…it doesn’t sound like it is for money, or the kitchen sink or whatever people think it is, so why the heck not let him find out? At the very least let the guy see the kids if he is indeed not lying about wanting to see them.
