Michael Jackson’s Death Being Treated as Homicide

Still without a final conclusion as to the exact cause of the King of Pop’s death, it is being reported now that the LAPD may be treating the cause of death as a homicide. The LAPD believes the pop star’s death was due to misuse of a powerful anaesthesia and his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, may have been involved.

According to TMZ.com, law enforcement officials claim there is “plenty of powerful evidence” connecting Dr. Murray as the person who injected Jackson with the drug. The physical evidence included many medical items found in Jackson’s house, including the anaesthestic drip, Propofol, an IV stand and oxygen tank.

Propofol is a powerful sedative that is used in hospitals to put patients, who are undergoing surgery, to sleep. It is believed that Jackson often requested the drug to curve his insomnia.

The investigation into the singer’s death has led to yesterday’s (July 14) subpoena of the singer’s former dermatologist.

Los Angeles County’s chief coroner investigator Craig Harvey said, “We are serving a coroner subpoena at the office of Dr. Klein to obtain medical records. That is all I can comment on.”

“Dr. Klein has been and continues to cooperate with the coroner’s office into the investigation if the death of Michael Jackson. There will be no further comments in Dr. Klein at this time. Also the coroner has indicated to us that Dr. Klein is not under investigation by the coroner’s office,” said Klein’s lawyer Bradley Boyer.

So…basically this is either malpractice, or just a bunch of fooey. Sounds like a wild goose chase, and someone may be getting a raw deal here. Maybe it is time for the good doctor to take a couple Orlando vacations and get the heck out of Dodge.

How Michael Jackson Transformed Pop Music Forever

Everyone knows, and should call Michael Jackson the King of Pop. What exactly did he do that transformed the genre so much, and why is he such an icon in the music industry?

While I could talk all day about how great he was as a performer, and give many examples myself as to just what it was that he did, I found an article in the Chicago Tribune that does pretty much what I could tell you already. So this is why he went from being the standard copper sinks to gold, and even platinum ones.

Jackson Family Seeks Second Autopsy, Private Expert

The LA County coroner’s office had yet to find a cause for the King of Pop’s death as of Friday. Today the Jackson family has decided to seek a second autopsy from a private expert.

Fox News reported that the coroner’s office called the request “unusual”, but the authorities have no issue with the family’s requests.

Jackson family members reportedly have been frustrated and angry over what they see as a lack of information about Michael Jackson’s final hours and the authorities’ delay of up to six weeks in determining Jackson’s cause of death at age 50.

Don’t see how that is “unusual” considering the delay and being given the run around like they are an elliptical machine.

Sources at the Coroner’s Office have told FOX News that they are confident that they are conducting their investigation by the book, and they are expediting the forensic tests as quickly as they can.

The Coroner’s Office, which released the body to the family late Friday night, has not been told who the Jackson family is hiring to conduct the second autopsy.

Michael Jackson Expected to Announce Concert Dates Today

Jacko arrived in London, and is expected to meet with the press today to announce concert dates at the London O2 Arena. What is more shocking is that anyone would actually book him for concerts anymore after all the issues he has had with stiffing people he has had dealings with the last few years. Yes I am well aware of the moral dilemma that surrounds Michael Jackson and his payoffs for allegedly molesting children. We live in the real world though and we understand that if someone thinks they can make a buck, morality rarely plays a role in it ;) .

Jackson seems to have come out of hiding recently to announce he is ready to get back on stage. He’s been hiding from creditors as much as anything I suppose traveling around discretely with European cruises and wherever else he has been.

Would you pay to see Jacko in concert? We can’t deny that he has had some great music, but would you forgo any moral dilemmas to actually give him money to watch him perform?

Woman sues Michael Jackson for $1 billion

Wow…not that she has a prayer in hell of ever getting anything from the scheister, but wow anyways. $1 Billion.

Michael Jackson sang, “Billie Jean is not my lover,” in his massive 1983 hit, but a woman who says she’s Billie Jean Jackson claims otherwise. Oddly enough as whacko as Jacko is I actually have some of his classics on in my computer memory somewhere. Who says you have to hate the crackpot’s music because he is a weirdo? His music is amazing.

Billie Jean Jackson, who is believed to be Lavon Powlis, and is obviously crazy, claims she’s married to Michael and is seeking joint custody of his youngest child, 6-year-old Blanket (Blanket? Seriously?), whose birth name is Prince Michael II (Just as bad). The woman claims she is Blanket’s birth mother.

Billie Jean is suing the singer for 1 billion dollars “in support of Blanket.”

This woman has sued him before for the same thing, and lost terribly. In 1987 she filed a $150 million paternity lawsuit against Michael in which she claimed Michael had fathered three of her children and would not pay child support. The suit was dismissed and as far as anyone knows it was proven they were not his sons.

The crazed 60-year old mother of “Blanket” was arrested by Santa Barbara County sheriff’s deputies for trespassing on Michael’s Neverland Ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley in March of 2008 as well. In the current lawsuit, the papers state that the complaint is filed “because she always is arrested at the home of her husband, Michael J. Jackson.” You can’t disprove that logic.

Michael Jackson’s Glittery Glove for Sale

Along with around 2,000 other personal items, Michael Jackson is auctioning off the glittery glove that became famous in the video “Billy Jean” back in 1983. This will be part of a five-day auction next year, Julien’s Auctions announced Wednesday which will also include the huge gates from the Neverland Ranch. Doubtful any security cameras are left over after the FBI had their way with his property :P .

Jackson plans to donate a portion of the proceeds to MusiCares, a charitable organization founded by the Recording Academy to help musicians in need. Of course he will keep a lot of it since he is in financial trouble that has been reported a lot lately including the default of the Neverland Ranch, and a $7 million breach of contract suit filed against him just last month.

“(I’m) looking forward to doing a lot of great things,” he told ABC News. “I think the best is yet to come in my true humble opinion.”

^Still sounds like a kid doesn’t he?

Michael Jackson Turning 50

It’s hard to believe that Michael Jackson is going to be 50 soon. Also, it is insanely hard to believe the transformation that has taken place over those 50 year to his physical appearance. He is so thin it looks as if he has tried every single one of these diet pills from these weight loss pill reviews. IT isn’t like he has turned from black to white or anything over the last 50 years*cough*. Take a look at this slide show to see just how incredible it has been.

The King of Pop turns 50 on Aug. 29 and he’s said to be working on a new batch of songs. Although i do love a lot of his music I am just not sure he has anything left, or that he has updated his style at all to conform to this era. Of course I will be interested to hear what he has, but I don’t hold any optimism.

Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch Could Be Auctioned Off

Sorry to break the string of Nude celebrity posts, but it had to be done eventually. We go from hot celebs that you want to see nude, to one not so hot, to some guy called Jacko who is as famous for being a pervert as he is for his music.

IF you are looking for some commercial real estate you may be in luck with the one and only Neverland Ranch soon. The pop star’s Neverland Ranch will be put up for public sale unless he pays the more than $24 million he still owes on the property, according to a Tuesday court filing. Everything from his Merry Go-Round to his locomotive could be for sale if he doesn’t cough up the cash.

Financial Title Co. filed the notice of trustee’s sale with Santa Barbara County Superior Court, setting the auction date for March 19.

Jacko has been mostly residing abroad since his 2005 acquittal on child molestation charges, although he has spent time in Las Vegas as he tries to stage his musical comeback.
