When a celebrity, or public figure gets a boost in her features such as Bristol Palin just got you immediately have to assume that it was plastic surgery. According to her, the jaw surgery she had was a corrective medical surgery to fix the alignment of her jaw.

Best known now for her run on “Dancing With the Stars”, the ex-VP candidate’s daughter is riding a wave of her own fame. After her run on DWtS she has become pretty popular. Her new look may make her even more popular though. Just look at the difference between her before (right) and After (left) pics from her jaw surgery:

Talk about a different person eh? Hook up some gold chains and maybe she could be in a rap video now .

Have I ever seen the show? Nope. Do I plan to? Nope. I have so little desire to see it that it doesn’t even have the “train wreck” interest for me to view it. Doesn’t mean that I don’t care what people say about it, but I definitely don’t think I would ever seek it out to watch it myself.

So…it made it all the way through the first season, and any article I have read about the show since it started has astonishingly been quite positive. Well…other than the Liberal rags out there like Huffington Post, and any others that take it personally if she has some success.

I still find myself questioning the intelligence of people that comment on the show as if it is amazing, or how much they just LOVE Mrs. Palin. Sure they have different tastes than I do, and this is probably more of a reality TV crowd we got here, but really?

IF she could fix some honda snowblowers she probably has more sense than most politicians out there I guess that have long since left their critical minds at the door for their party “What to say” guide books.

Just after the first episode of Sarah Palin’s Alaska aired all the SP haters came out and voiced their jokes and opinions on how lame the show is and that it is a joke. One fellow in particular that apparently goes to the same school as them to his status saying: “Sarah Palin’s Alaska, is failing so hard right now.” and got a response from none other than Willow and Bristol Palin. They were not pleased.

Childish behavior ensued and I’m sure many emptied their printers ink cartridges while printing out the madness for posterity.

“Haha your so gay. I have no idea who you are, But what I’ve seen pictures of, your disgusting … My sister had a kid and is still hot.”

Willow followed up that comment with another that read, “Tre stfu. Your such a f**got.”

Bristol Palin also got in on the smacktalk — writing a message to Tre saying, “You’re running your mouth just to talk sh*t.”

Eventually, a message board war erupted — and Bristol took aim at another person named Jon — saying, “You’ll be as successful as my baby daddy, And actually I do work my ass off. I’ve been a single mom for the last two years.”

After more users began to gang up on the Palins, Willow dropped another message that read, “Sorry that you guys are all jealous of my families success and you guys aren’t goin to go anywhere with your lives.”

Today they released apologies over the incident which are classic “whatever” apologies that the dude said he wouldn’t accept…haha

Here are the sincere apologies:

“Willow and I shouldn’t have reacted to negative comments about our family. We apologize. On a nicer note, thank you for supporting the great competition in Dancing with the Stars!”

A few hours later, Bristol posted another message that said, “Thank you supporters who continue to support. The haters are already pulling out all the stops this week to destroy.”

Willow has closed her Facebook account since. Poor kids.

As if Sarah Palin hasn’t made enough of a joke of politics in Alaska….

Levi Johnston, some guy that used to date one of Sarah Palin’s kids, says that he is going to run for mayor of Wasilla in 2012. This was an office that Sarah Palin once held on her way to making non-sensicle rants on Fox News after her bid with McCain to become VP went down in flames.

While Johnston can run for any office he wants, I guess, the current Mayor of Wasilla had some amusing comments to share about his possible opponent.

Upon hearing the news that Johnston, 20, plans to run for the office in 2012 as the premise of his new reality show, Loving Levi: The Road to the Mayor’s Office (LOL), Mayor Verne E. Rupright tells Entertainment Tonight: “Well, it is a little early to declare. Usually most wait until the year the seat is up.”

“But since I am nearly old enough to be Levi’s grandfather I think it would be wise for him to get a high school diploma and keep his clothes on. The voters like that!” added Rupright, taking a dig at Johnston’s Playgirl cover.

While he is more qualified to sell
humidifier filters, than he is to hold public office, it isn’t stopping someone from giving him a reality show. All I want to know is what kind of person would watch this type of show?

About a month ago we were told that Sarah Palin’s people were pitching an reality show about Alaska. It appears that it is now a full go, as The Discovery Channel has agreed to produce and air, Sarah Palin’s Alaska at a whopping $1 million per episode.

Well…there you go. Unlimited supply of jokes for all the late night talk shows. Unlimited ammo for liberal media types. Unlimited rally cries for the anti-Obama revolution. If you haven’t noticed, Sarah Palin likes money, top fat burners, and fancy clothes.

Family Guy this week poked a little fun at Sarah Palin. Add them to the list of people that do (ie. most everyone). IF you haven’t seen the Family Guy episode (I don’t blame you as I’m tired of the show too actually), Chris goes on a date with a girl who has Down Syndrome. While he is getting ready for his big date the talking baby of the show, Stewie does a performance of “Down Syndrome Girl.”

Then on the date when Chris asks about her family she replies her father is an accountant and her mother is the former governor of Alaska. An obvious dig at Sarah Palin’s family.

Palin of course is going to respond to this. On Palin’s Facebook page, she says the show “felt like another kick in the gut.” Much deeper than maybe you find on Facebook most days like diets that work.

Her daughter Bristol, also responded with “insults directed at our youngest brother hurt too much for us to remain silent. People with special needs face challenges many of us will never confront. . . . Their lives are difficult enough as it is, so why would anyone want to make their lives more difficult by mocking them?”

The oddest thing is that Family Guy is a Fox show, and Sarah Palin has just started working for Fox News. Obviously they would talk about it on air.

Nobody can possibly fault Palin for being upset in my opinion, but of course you have to watch her to see if she is going to make a fool of herself over it anyways.

On the O’Reilly Show he asked Palin why she’s calling for Rahm Emanuel to step down for Emanuel’s use of the word “retard,” while she continues to defend Rush Limbaugh, who has used a variation of the word at least 40 times.

Palin: “As I have explained, he was using satire — using the R word so he could bring to light what it was that Rahm Emmanuel was calling other people . . . “
